ReLoHu · For AI Users

Your AI can only reflect
the context you give it.

ReLoHu helps you give it better.

Most people who use AI for self-reflection hit the same ceiling. The AI is not the problem. The problem is that you cannot easily see what part of yourself to bring to it. You are asking from inside the same blind spot you are trying to solve.

Why AI self-reflection has a limit

AI can analyze anything you give it. The hard part is knowing what part of yourself to give.

People who use AI for personal insight run into the same problem: the output is only as deep as the input. If you are asking about your patterns from inside the pattern, you will surface the version of yourself you already know. You may steer toward reassurance. You may omit the material that actually matters. You may confuse a well-articulated answer with a true one.

This is not a failure of intelligence or effort. It is structural. The self protects the exact material that would make the insight powerful. You cannot see your own blind spot from inside it.

A trained external mapper can extract the material the blind spot hides. That is the product. That is what changes what your AI conversations can reach.

The other problem is that AI will not push back. It is built to produce plausible, agreeable output. It will reflect your story back with polish. ReLoHu is built to do the opposite: separate signal from story, and resist flattering the narrative you already believe.

Most people try to solve this by assigning a role. Act as a therapist. Act as a clinical psychologist. The role does not change the output’s relationship to truth. The AI is still producing what sounds plausible to you. Authority that actually pushes back comes from accumulated observation of real people, not from a credential put on a persona.

The mind can tolerate pain better than it can tolerate unexplained pain. ReLoHu names what is producing the pattern. That is different from a better prompt.

What a Terrain Map adds

A map of your actual psychological architecture, built from what you say and how you say it.

The map does not show you everything at once. It removes enough distraction that the real structure becomes the only thing left to look at.

Named patterns, not surface observations

Not "you seem anxious." The specific upstream structure producing the anxiety, where it came from, and what it is protecting. Precise enough to be useful in a prompt.

Your relational architecture

How you build trust, where you create distance, what pulls you toward certain people and what makes collaboration eventually impossible. The structure your AI cannot find from a single conversation.

Your blind spots, named honestly

The places your self-explanation consistently stops short. Once named externally, they stop functioning as blind spots. You can bring them directly to your AI instead of talking around them.

A document you keep and return to

Not a chat session that disappears. A written portrait of your terrain. Paste relevant sections into any AI conversation as context. Use it before a hard decision, a difficult relationship conversation, or a session with your therapist or coach.

What you receive

A 90-minute conversation with Dr. David Benson. Five written reports delivered as documents you keep. A 30-minute reading of your Terrain Map while you are present.

A human-reviewed map, designed to resist flattery, isolate signal, and surface what your own story may be missing.

The Terrain Map is the core document. It describes the specific architecture of your interior world: your patterns, your relational structure, your behavioral drivers, and the upstream causes of how you move through decisions, relationships, and repeated experience. It is written in plain language. You can paste relevant sections directly into an AI conversation as context. You can share it with a therapist or coach. You can return to it whenever a pattern resurfaces.
