For people who already know themselves.
You've done the work. You still don't know why you keep doing that.

One conversation. A complete map of your psychological terrain, precise enough to show you where the pattern is built.
You already know yourself. That's not the problem. The problem is the story you've been using to explain why things are the way they are, the one that's sophisticated enough to sound true but leaves everything exactly as it was. ReLoHu is what happens when that story runs out of room.
You don't have to be in pain to benefit from seeing yourself clearly. Some people arrive here after years of struggle. Others arrive simply because they've done real interior work and want to see the whole map at once. Both are valid reasons. The terrain is different. The work is the same.
You've done the work. You still don't have the map.
You are not someone who avoids self-reflection. You have read the books, done the sessions, sat in the ceremony, had the conversations that cracked something open. The effort has been real.
And yet there is a version of yourself you keep returning to. A pattern you can name, explain fluently, and still repeat. A relationship you have analyzed thoroughly and stayed in anyway. A decision you have been “almost ready” to make for two years.
This is not a knowledge problem. You have the knowledge. It is a clarity problem, specifically the absence of a map clear enough to make your own rationalizations visible to you.
The story you’ve built around yourself is not a lie. It is a highly functional architecture. It explains your behavior, protects your self-image, and accounts for most of the evidence. What it cannot do is show you the parts it was built to obscure. That requires someone who can stand outside it and hand it back to you whole.
You know yourself, but in fragments
You have genuine self-knowledge. But it exists in pieces: insights from different modalities, different practitioners, different experiences. No one has assembled it into a single coherent picture you can hold.
Depth without a document
You have been to deep places, in a session, in a ceremony, in a conversation that mattered. But you walked away without a record of what was there. What you felt in the moment rarely survives the week.
You outpace the people trying to help
Your psychological sophistication means most practitioners are working below your depth. Not because they lack skill, but because they lack a map of you specific enough to meet you where you actually are.
You carry more than you have shown anyone
There is an interior world you have never fully revealed. Not because you are hiding it. Because the right conditions have never existed for you to show it all at once, to someone who could actually hold it.
What actually changes
Not the feeling. The leverage.
Most people leave a ReLoHu session not with a revelation but with a recognition: something they already knew, now named precisely enough that it can no longer be argued with. That precision is the mechanism.
When a pattern gets named with enough accuracy, the story you were using to maintain it stops working. Not because you were convinced of something. Because the map is now sitting in front of you, and you can see exactly how the rationalization was constructed. You cannot un-see it.
What people report afterward: decisions that had been circling for months get made. Relationships that were costing more than they were returning become impossible to keep misreading. The explanation you had been giving yourself for a specific behavior, the one that always sounded reasonable, suddenly sounds like what it was.
This is not transformation. It is orientation. You were always capable of moving differently. You just couldn’t see the terrain clearly enough to know which direction you were actually facing.
What makes this different
Most help is aimed at changing you. This is not help.
Every other form of support requires you to enter someone else’s framework. In therapy, you become a patient: what you share is metabolized into diagnostic language, listened toward a treatment goal. In coaching, you become a client with an action plan. In ceremony, you become a seeker in someone else’s container. These are not failures of those modalities. They are their structure. And their structure means that your inner world gets read through a lens that was built for someone else.
ReLoHu doesn’t have a treatment goal for you. It doesn’t have a framework your experience needs to fit inside. What it does is assemble your own system, the one you’ve already been living in, and hand it back to you with the parts visible that you couldn’t see from inside it.
You are not a patient presenting symptoms. You are a terrain being mapped. The difference is that at the end, the map belongs entirely to you, not as evidence of what needs to change, but as a document of what is actually there.
When you share something real elsewhere
Your disclosure becomes material to work with. Someone is listening toward something: a pattern to address, a treatment goal, a reframe. What you share gets metabolized into their framework. It becomes evidence of something that needs to change.
When you share something real here
Your disclosure becomes part of your map. It isn't evidence of a problem. It's terrain. It gets witnessed and placed in relation to everything else you are. You're not a patient presenting symptoms. You're a landscape seeing yourself clearly, possibly for the first time.
Your armor protects you.
And it keeps the map incomplete.
You built it for survival. When your authentic self was rejected, when you were told the problem was inside you and not around you, you learned to hide the real you.
Now you're successful on the outside. Functional. Maybe even impressive. But inside, there's a world no one has fully entered. Not because you won't let them, but because they can't find the door.
Most people spend their entire lives running on settings they never chose. The patterns were installed before you had words for them, shaping every relationship, every decision, every room you walk into. They have never been named. That is what ReLoHu does.
"God damn right. That's true. It gives me the respect I felt I deserved."
Client, after her reading
There is a specific kind of loss that happens after a real conversation.
You share something true. The other person receives it, warmly, genuinely. And then the conversation keeps moving. What you said lands briefly and passes. The depth you offered gets carried downstream with everything else.
Not because they didn't care. Because that's how conversation works. It moves forward. It cannot stop, go back, and sit inside what you said with precision.
ReLoHu can.
That's not a feature. It's the architecture. After you speak, the work begins. Everything you said is returned to, not moved past, examined for what it actually contains, and handed back to you as a document that sees you clearly.
"I built a service that does for others what I most needed and least reliably received: someone who goes back, after the conversation, and tells you exactly what they heard."
“The map doesn’t tell you who to be. It shows you who you’ve already been, clearly enough that you can finally decide if that’s who you want to keep being.”
Dr. David Benson, Founder

Everyone is carrying a world inside them. Most people never get to see it clearly.
What mapping actually means
A diagnosis tells you something is wrong and names it. A personality test puts you in a category. A map does something different: it shows you how your terrain is actually configured.
Not "you are an introvert." Not "you have anxiety." More like: here is the pattern in how you connect with people. Here is what you do when you feel unseen. Here is where your confidence actually comes from, which turns out to be different from what you thought. Here is what you share, psychologically, with specific people from history and fiction who moved through the world the way you do.
A map doesn't ask you to fix anything. It asks you to see clearly. For most people, that's the part that was missing.
What ReLoHu produces is a document, written in plain language, that describes the specific architecture of who you are. You keep it. You can share it. You can return to it. It doesn't expire.
From first contact to illuminated terrain
You speak. I listen. Then I show you what I heard.

Intake Session with Dr. David Benson
A real, human, one-on-one conversation, conducted by David Benson personally, every time. Not a questionnaire. Not an AI. The questions emerge from what you say. Nothing is scripted. You speak, and someone actually stays with what you said.
The Reading
The Terrain Map is not emailed to you. It is read to you, by David Benson, while you are present. Your patterns, your access points, your resistance zones, spoken back in full. You receive the document afterward. You keep it.
What Comes Next
The Terrain Map is a document you own. You can use it however serves you: share it with a practitioner, return to it yourself, or let it be the thing that finally names what you already knew. Further sessions are available if you want to go deeper.
Why the reading matters
This is not a delivery mechanism. It is the most significant part of the session. Something different happens when another person has assembled your life and speaks it back to you. The document is yours permanently. But the reading is the moment.
And if you want to go further: your inner world is larger than any single session can reach. ReLoHu is designed to be returned to. Not because something is unresolved, but because there is always more terrain. Learn about the practice →

For the medicine path
You've done the medicine work.
And the deepest version of you still hasn't been reached.
That's not a failure of the ceremonies. It's a failure of what comes after. Ceremony opens the door. It does not hand you a map of what's inside. Most people return from a retreat with more material than they know what to do with, and no structure for holding it.
ReLoHu was built for exactly this gap. One conversation, before or after the work, that assembles what you already know about yourself into something you can finally see clearly and hold.

Session details →David conducts every intake personally. AI applies his frameworks to produce the report. He reads it back to you.
The AI does not interact with you at any point. David Benson is present for every intake and every reading. What the AI does is apply his analytical system, the questions he developed, the frameworks he built, the interpretive logic he has refined over years, to produce the written map. The system is the work. The work is his.
"David is extremely thorough and listens carefully to your answers, leads you to critically think about follow up answers in a new way, and organizes the data in a meaningful way. Very helpful, highly recommended."

"I believe every person is carrying something entirely their own, a particular texture, a particular way of being in the world. And I believe that if you go deep enough into any one of those worlds, you stop feeling alone. The most specific truths turn out to be the most shared ones."
Dr. David Benson, Founder of ReLoHu
Why this exists
ReLoHu wasn't designed. It was extracted.
ReLoHu was built from the inside out, not designed by committee, but extracted from a decade of sustained self-examination. Dr. David Benson spent over a decade documenting his own interior life, through psychedelic journeys, journals, recordings, and the kind of sustained self-examination that only becomes necessary when sustained external support was never reliably there. The methodology emerged from a specific wound: the experience of not being accurately perceived. Of being in the room but not quite reached. Of having depth that people could sense but not quite enter.
That experience -- of being on the wrong side of a door from other people -- is what ReLoHu was built to address. Not as therapy. Not as a fix. As a map. Because you cannot be met at a depth that has never been named.
Dr. David Benson has conducted 19+ sessions with people across four continents. Every intake is done personally, by him. That has never changed.
What the conversation is like
Questions most people have never been asked.
Not unusual for the sake of it. Aimed at what is actually there.
There is no script. The questions follow you.
If something on this page named something you've been circling, the next step is a 15-minute call.
No commitment. David talks with you directly, about where you are, what brought you here, and whether this is the right fit. That's it.
