You’ve done the work.
You still don’t know
why you keep doing that.
One conversation. A precise map of your psychological terrain, precise enough to show you where the pattern is built, and the beginning of something you'll return to.
ReLoHu turns one unscripted conversation into a written Terrain Map of the patterns, blind spots, and psychological architecture running underneath your life.
For people who have done the work and still cannot see the whole shape of it.
Not therapy. Not diagnosis. One session. Written map. Full refund within 7 days if it does not deliver value.
Read a real Terrain Map →The Problem
You are not someone who avoids self-reflection.
And yet there is a version of yourself you keep returning to.
You have read the books, done the sessions, sat in the ceremony, had the conversations that cracked something open. The effort has been real. And yet. A pattern you can name, explain fluently, and still repeat. This is not a knowledge problem. It is a clarity problem.
The story you’ve built around yourself is not a lie.
It is a highly functional architecture.
It explains your behavior, protects your self-image, and accounts for most of the evidence. What it cannot do is show you the parts it was built to obscure. That requires someone who can stand outside it and hand it back to you whole.

How It Works
From first contact
to illuminated terrain
You speak. I listen. Then I show you what I heard.
Step One
15–20 minutes · Free
Orientation Call
We talk about where you are, what brought you here, and what the process looks like. No commitment. No pressure. Just a conversation to see if this feels right.
Step Two
Up to 90 minutes
Intake Session with David Benson, DDS
A real, human, one-on-one conversation conducted by David Benson, DDS personally, every time. Not a questionnaire. Not a script. The questions follow you. Come prepared to go directly to what actually weighs on you. The depth of your map depends on the depth of what you bring. This is not the time to start at the beginning. It is the time to go to the things you have been circling.
Step Three
30 minutes
The Reading
The Terrain Map is not emailed to you. It is read to you by David Benson, DDS, while you are present. Your patterns, your access points, your resistance zones, spoken back in full. You receive the document afterward.
This is not a delivery mechanism. It is a chance to hear what was assembled, and to respond to it in real time. Something different happens when another person has assembled your life and speaks it back to you. The document is yours permanently. But the reading is the moment.

Return Sessions
Session 1 goes deep on the foundational layer: who you are, how you got there, what you built, and what it costs. It also identifies the specific features worth descending into further.
Return sessions take one of those features and go deeper than Session 1 was designed to reach. Shorter. More focused. The terrain is already known and so are you.
You don’t come back because something is wrong. You come back because what the map named is worth going into.
Pricing and scheduling for Return Sessions available after your first session.
Most people are so deep inside their own story they can’t see they’re even in one. ReLoHu™ doesn’t give you advice. It shows you the movie you’ve been living, from outside the theatre.
Most help is aimed at changing you.
This is not help.
When you share something real elsewhere
What you bring gets flattened into symptoms, labels, therapy language, AI summaries, or generic advice.
What you share becomes material for their framework. In therapy you are a patient. In coaching, a client with an action plan. In ceremony, a seeker in someone else's container.
When you share something real here
Your disclosure becomes part of your map. It isn't evidence of a problem. It's terrain. It gets witnessed and placed in relation to everything else you are.
ReLoHu™ doesn’t have a treatment goal for you. What it does is assemble your own system and hand it back to you with the parts visible that you couldn’t see from inside it. You’re a landscape seeing yourself clearly, possibly for the first time.
The pattern doesn’t live in any single state. It lives in how you move between them. That is what a single conversation, a diagnosis, or an AI summary cannot find. That is what a terrain map finds.
Therapy helps you work through the terrain. ReLoHu shows you the terrain you are actually in.
It separates signal from story.
It does not necessarily change the boundary. It changes the charge around the boundary.
People who already have a good therapist sometimes notice something unexpected: this feels less anxious. Not because therapy is wrong for them. Because the container is different. No treatment goal running underneath the conversation. No clinical frame organizing what you say. A witness and a map.
You keep explaining the same problem.
ReLoHu maps the pattern underneath it.
You know what happened. ReLoHu helps map what keeps happening.
Most approaches capture what you are in a moment. ReLoHu maps what you are in motion.
You can explain the events. ReLoHu maps what connects them.
What stays unexplained stays charged.
For when you can describe what happened, but not what is driving it.
What Was Lost
This Isn’t New.
It’s Something We Lost.
Every community, in every era, had someone whose role was to reflect you back to yourself.
Not a therapist. Not a teacher. Not a friend with good intentions. Something older than all of those: a person whose gift was the ability to hold your story without distorting it. To see you clearly, and let you see yourself through that clarity. The village elder. The confessor. The elder woman who sat with you at the edge of things. These weren’t peripheral figures. They were load-bearing. And they weren’t elevated above the community. They were further along the same human path, sitting with people, not presiding over them.
Modern life dismantled the structures that carried this function. It didn’t replace them. Therapy is partial. Coaching is partial. And each introduced something the originals never had: the practitioner hierarchy. Helper above, helped below. The asymmetry gets framed as professional safety, as “holding the container.” But it does something else. You cannot truly see someone you have placed beneath you.
And social media, whatever it promises, is a hall of mirrors entirely. The result is a quiet epidemic of people who have never once been truly seen. Not assessed. Not advised. Seen.
ReLoHu is an attempt to rebuild the original function, and to recover the original structure. There is no hierarchy here. One person has a methodology. The other is seeking clarity. Both are human beings on the same terrain, at different points in the same walk. The methodology is new. The AI that supports it is modern. But what both are reaching toward is ancient: the experience of being held by someone who stands beside you, not above you.
That experience used to be a given. We’re working to make it available again.
What this looks like
You've done the work. You still don't have the map.
You know yourself, but in fragments
You have genuine self-knowledge. But it exists in pieces, insights from different modalities, practitioners, experiences. No one has assembled it into a single coherent picture you can hold.
Depth without a document
You have been to deep places, in a session, in a ceremony, in a conversation that mattered. But you walked away without a record of what was there. What you felt in the moment rarely survives the week.
You outpace the people trying to help
Your psychological sophistication means most practitioners are working below your depth. Not because they lack skill, but because they lack a map of you specific enough to meet you where you actually are.
You can feel the pattern. You cannot see it from outside.
You know something is running underneath. You can feel it operating in your decisions, your relationships, the things you cannot seem to change. But you have never had a clear view of the whole structure at once.
Nothing is wrong with you.
The threshold was set by someone else's wound.
What actually changes
Not the feeling.
The leverage.
Most people leave a ReLoHu™ session not with a revelation but with a recognition: something they already knew, now named precisely enough that it can no longer be argued with.
When a pattern gets named with enough accuracy, you cannot un-see it. Decisions that had been circling for months get made. This is not transformation. It is orientation.
It locates the problem correctly. Outside you. In the architecture. Where it actually is.
Peace comes when unexplained human behavior becomes structurally legible.
The Map
A document of what is actually there.
A diagnosis tells you something is wrong and names it. A personality test puts you in a category. A terrain map does something different: it shows you how your psychological landscape is actually configured.
Not "you are an introvert." Not "you have anxiety." More like: here is the pattern in how you connect with people. Here is what you do when you feel unseen. Here is where your confidence actually comes from, which turns out to be different from what you thought.
What ReLoHu™ produces is a document, written in plain language, that describes the specific architecture of who you are. You keep it. You can share it. You can return to it. It doesn't expire.
Sample Terrain Output
Primary Signal
"The reaching happens before the thought. The pattern isn’t a choice. It’s the architecture. And it was built before you had words for it."
Most tools give you a summary. ReLoHu gives you a terrain map. A terrain map isn't a document you read once. It's a landscape you enter over time.
Your first session produces the full portrait: every major feature of your interior life, identified and named. But a feature named is not a feature understood. The fault line in your psychology took years to form. One conversation can locate it. Going into it is different work.
Each session that follows takes one piece of the map and descends into it fully: the origin, the mechanics, the cost, and what changes when it does.
This is not therapy. It is not coaching. It is precision cartography of a terrain that has been running your life longer than you've been able to see it whole.
“I built a service that does for others what I most needed and least reliably received: someone who goes back, after the conversation, and tells you exactly what they heard.”
“The map doesn’t tell you who to be. It shows you who you’ve already been, clearly enough that you can finally decide if that’s who you want to keep being.”
David Benson, DDS, Founder of ReLoHu™

Everyone is carrying a world inside them. Most people never get to see it clearly.
You could try to do this yourself.
You won't get there.
Not because you're not smart. Because you don't know what you don't know about your own mind. That's the whole problem.
I've spent over a decade going where most people are afraid to look. I built a methodology from that interior work. Then I built the analytical instruments that carry it.
What makes this different isn't the technology. It's the interview. A human being who stays with what you said. Who follows the deviation, not the outline. Who notices what you almost said. No system will push back on the story you've been protecting. A person can.
That combination doesn't exist anywhere else.
The AI is the brush. The decade of excavation is the painting.
You bring yourself.
I bring the map, the eye, and the instrument.
That's what you're paying for.
Most people spend years figuring out what I can show you in two hours. What we do with that is up to you. But you stop wandering blind.
“I believe every person is carrying something entirely their own, a particular texture, a particular way of being in the world. And I believe that if you go deep enough into any one of those worlds, you stop feeling alone. The most specific truths turn out to be the most shared ones.

Session Arc
How the work deepens after Session 1
Session 1 goes deep on the foundational layer and identifies the features the work will explore. Each session that follows descends into one specific piece at a depth the first session was not designed to reach.
For the Medicine Path
You’ve done the medicine work.
The deepest version of you still hasn’t been reached.
That's not a failure of the ceremonies. It's a failure of what comes after. Ceremony opens the door. It does not hand you a map of what's inside.
ReLoHu™ was built for exactly this gap. One conversation, before or after the work, that assembles what you already know about yourself into something you can finally see clearly and hold.
For Practitioners & Retreat Centers
ReLoHu™ is a natural fit as the structured next step after ceremony or immersive experience. The medicine opens the door. A terrain map gives participants something to hold when they return.

Why This Exists
ReLoHu™ wasn’t designed. It was extracted.
ReLoHu™ was built from the inside out, not designed by committee, but extracted from a decade of sustained self-examination. David Benson, DDS spent over a decade documenting his own interior life, through psychedelic journeys, journals, recordings, and the kind of sustained self-examination that only becomes necessary when sustained external support was never reliably there.
The methodology emerged from a specific wound: the experience of not being accurately perceived. Of being in the room but not quite reached. Of having depth that people could sense but not quite enter.
That experience, of being on the wrong side of a door from other people, is what ReLoHu™ was built to address. Not as therapy. Not as a fix. As a map. Because you cannot be met at a depth that has never been named.
David Benson, DDS has conducted 19+ sessions with people across four continents. Every intake is done personally, by him. That has never changed.
“I built a service that does for others what I most needed and least reliably received: someone who goes back, after the conversation, and tells you exactly what they heard.”
David Benson, DDS, Founder
What the conversation is like
Questions most people have never been asked.
Not unusual for the sake of it. Aimed at what is actually there.
“When you say you're full of love for someone, what do you actually mean by that?”
“How do you feel about crying?”
“Where does that come from? Not the event. The part of you that responded that way.”
“How does someone end up there without seeing it coming?”
There is no script. The questions follow you.
You walk out knowing something about yourself that you’ve always sensed but never been able to say out loud. And once you can say it, you can’t unsee it.
That is what you leave with. A handhold. The thing that was always there, finally named.
If something on this page named something you've been circling,
The next step is a 15-20 minute call. No commitment. David Benson, DDS talks with you directly, about where you are and whether this is the right fit. That's it.
