ReLoHu · Navigation Session

You don’t always need
the full map.

Sometimes you need to see one thing clearly.

A Navigation Session is a single focused conversation. One decision, one pattern, one place where you keep losing the thread. Dr. David Benson works it with you directly, without the full terrain mapping process. Sixty minutes. One thing. Enough clarity to move.

What it is

A Navigation Session is not a terrain map. It does not produce reports, and it does not cover the full architecture of who you are.

It is a direct working conversation focused on one specific thing you bring to it. The goal is not self-knowledge in the broad sense. The goal is clarity about one thing, precise enough to be useful.

Most of what keeps people stuck is not a lack of self-knowledge in general. It is that one specific thing, one pattern or decision or place in a relationship, that has no clear shape yet. Once it has a shape, movement becomes possible. That is what this session is for.

What you bring

One thing. Specific enough to work with.

A decision you cannot resolve

You have been circling it. You know the options. You still have not moved. Something is blocking the clarity, and you do not know what.

A pattern you keep running

The same dynamic shows up in different contexts with different people. You can see it. You cannot stop it. You want to understand what is generating it.

A relationship that is not moving

A collaboration that keeps stalling in the same place. A dynamic between two people that has a wall in it you cannot locate. The conversation that needs to happen but keeps not happening.

A place where you have lost the thread

You know what you want. You know where you are. You cannot see what is between them. Something has gone opaque and you need someone outside to help you see it.

What happens

Sixty minutes with David Benson.

You bring the thing. He listens for the structure underneath it: what is generating the stuck place, what pattern is at work, what you are not yet seeing from the inside.

This is not coaching in the advice-giving sense. It is not therapy. It is a close reading of one specific place where your interior architecture is producing a result you do not want, or blocking a result you do.

You leave with the thing named. Not a report. Not a framework. Just the specific thing you came in with, made legible enough to actually work with.

How this differs from a Full Session

The Full Session is a complete terrain map.

It covers your psychological architecture, your relational patterns, your formation, your blind spots. It takes two hours and produces written reports you keep. It is built for people who want the complete picture of who they are and how they operate.

A Navigation Session does none of that. There are no reports. The session does not attempt to cover your psychology broadly. It takes one thing and goes into it.

It is appropriate when you do not need the full map. You need to resolve one thing that has not resolved. Once it does, most people find they want to know more. That is also fine.

A Navigation Session does not replace a Full Session, and it does not serve as a prerequisite. They are different tools for different moments. If you already know you want the full map, the Full Session is the right place to start. If you have one specific thing you need to see clearly first, start here.
